Is There No Lint on Your Lint Screen?

If you don't see lint on the lint screen or if the lint is on the wrong side of the screen, this means that rather than collecting in the lint trap, the lint is backing up into your dryer. This means your dryer vent is clogged. When lint builds up, back pressure causes the heating element to overheat. When your dryer overheats the lint caught inside your dryer can catch on fire very easily.

Make sure to clean your lint screen before and after using your dryer.

*Cleaning the inside of the dryer cabinet consists of brushing and vacuuming the lint out of the lint screen cavity and the exhaust tube of the dryer as well as removing any built up lint on the dryer tumbler that is accessible from the dryer door.
We do not remove the dryer cover at any time.
